Common Shaft Integrated Turbine

Unlike traditional turbine forms. coaxial turbines creatively place two turbines or pump + turbine structures on the same shaft, reducing the installation space size by a large margin while maintaining the same performance, and saving motors seals, systems, and foundations thereby lowering the user’s procurement cost. In the petrochemical filed, coaxial turbine generators have a strong advantage.

Based on the different characteristics and operating conditions of the devices, all API pumps can function as HPRTs. Different plant layouts can meet a variety of user needs. Compared to the pump, the stronger shaft and bearing unit can withstand greater energy impact. The streamlined guide vane design not only widens the product hydraulic range, but also achieves better energy efficiency performance.
